By purchasing this invitation at a price of $0.10 per invitation, the purchaser will have the opportunity to convert this invitation into a percentage share of the company when such opportunity becomes available.
The percentage share of the company will be based on the number of invitations the purchaser chooses to convert. Times the price of each invitation at time of purchase. And later, compared to the base price of the initial price per share when said shares become available.
